  • Operation of a new materials management center on 17,500 sqm and a logistics hub on 5,000 sqm on the customer’s premises
  • A total of 100 employees in 2-shift operation
  • Acceptance, storage, order picking, in-house transport, complex production supply, inter-lorry inter-transport, shipment processing
  • Supply of stations in the production area Just-in-Sequence by means of tugger trains
  • Automatic small parts warehouse with 181,000 storage places, entrance cantilever rack with approx. 50 km run length in the narrow aisle, management of a coldstore (about minus 22 degrees)
  • Lagerverwaltung im SAP EWM und direkte AKL-Steuerung über EWM/MFR
  • Forklift control system (SyncroTESS) for control and optimization, incl. Interface connection to SAP EWM and therefore continuous track & amp; trace
  • Ensure Aircraft On Ground Availability: Willingness 24 hours / 7 days a week
  • Highest quality standards including compliance with the aviation regulations (authorizations, EN9120, LBA)
  • Very high material diversity (about 90,000 items from the small screw to the large aircraft fuselage)
